- Recruit an Employee Campaign Chair (ECC) to coordinate your campaign and have them attend a United Way training session.
- In 2010, Employee Campaigns led by ECC’s who attended training grew by 22% compared to the average campaign growth of 14%.
- Hold a United Way presentation for your employees so they better understand the issues in our community and how they can make a difference.
- In 2010, workplaces that held a United Way presentation grew their campaign totally by 23% compared to the average campaign growth of 14%.
- Support your campaign with a corporate gift or a corporate match of employee donations.
