What is an ECC?

The ECC or the Employee Campaign Chairperson is:

  1. Leader of Workplace Campaign;
  2. A committed member of the United Way team - a donor and volunteer;
  3. A passionate spokesperson for the mission of the United Way of Saskatoon & Area.

Traits and responsibilities:

Primary Objectives of an Employee Campaign Chair:

  1. Educate & Inform;
  2. Establish a Plan and set Goals;
  3. Recruit effective, committed volunteers;
  4. Schedule and chair meetings
  5. Monitor your progress and help move your team along toward its goals;
  6. Communicate progress and results to all employees;
  7. Evaluate your campaign's performance and plan for next year;
  8. Recognize and thank volunteers, canvassers, and donors for their support
